Bad, Late and Unresponsive

I would never, never order from them again.

Ordered Cuisinart DCC-200 on Jan 6th, 2008 and was told it would ship within 2-3 business days. On January 27th I was charged on my credit card for the item but it still had not shipped. Send 3 e-mails asking about status but did not receive a response from them. On Feb. 15th, I had my credit card company cancel the charge. Still no response from IKitchen.

Also found other company on the Internet with better prices and shipping costs for this item.

There are enough companies on the Internet to do business with that we do not have to put up with nonsense like that

When you have signed in and then check out your information should be filled in to make the order part faster. Some of the items for sale did not have pictures.

Absolutely the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered a tea press on 1/13. Never heard back. Submitted a status request in early February, got a canned e-mail saying "Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be shipped and received". Now as of 2/21 with over a month passed still no word from them, no update on the web-site either. Trying to cancel my order now, obviously will never order from them again and will also advise everyone to stay away from ikitchen.

The site was very easy to use. The item I wanted was available, and at a great price. Much less than the next lowest site. All others were much higher. There was also a summer sale promotion code for an additional 5% discount. And shipping was reasonable for the heavy item purchased. Plus, I wasn't required to register before being allowed to purchase. Refreshing!

Some prices were great, some prices were average. Shipping is a little high. Checkout is the best, fast and simple. Like that you use paypal.

Easy to use website, found all of the things I needed and some of the cheapest prices I have ever seen!

Very easy to use. Navigation was easy and products were described very well. Would highly recomend. Products were priced very resonably. Would buy from again.

Saw what I wanted and ordered it. Checkout was smooth via my PayPal account.

If the order arrives soon and correct I will be happy

Complete scam! I ordered an electric skillet in February and 5 weeks later no skillet.

Here's what their website advertises:

"The item you requested will be shipped usually within 5 business days via an insured Parcel carrier.

Due to the volatility of and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the
item(s) you ordered will be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed. If this should be the case,
you will be notified within one or two business day that we will not be able to ship the item(s). "

So, no notification within 1-2 business days that the product wasn't in stock, and no product delivered after 5 weeks.

Don't do business with this company!!!

I have never received service as bad as what I've seen from iKitchen. I ordered a cuisinart electric skillet for my mother for Christmas on December 18th and now it is March 2nd and she still has not received it. I received an initial email acknowledging my order, and the only other communication that I have received from them is an arrogant reply from one of my 3 complaint emails. I warn you to not do business with this company. They have appalling customer service, no communication skills and no honor.

I am so happy to have found the thermometer. We've had one just like it for years and it was recently broken by our son and his friends fooling around in the back yard. I'll be visiting your website often now that I've found it.

My last order took a long time to deliver-over 3 weeks. I trust that this order will be delivered sooner. Otherwise, the prices are great and there is a broad range of products. The web site is easy to use and having paypal is a bonus.

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 12 from ikitchen.com. It is now one month later and my gift was just shipped out. The company did not notify me that the product was going to be shipped so late and I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I will not order from this company again. I shopped around for the product and other websites showed the item back ordered until the first of January but ikitchen.com did not. I assumed this meant they had it in stock, especially since they never sent me any communication otherwise.

This site is awesome and has the best products and prices out there. I have ordered many times and will continue to spread the word about this vendor.
