I found iKitchen.com too much fun to shop at. I found unusual and varied gifts at really great prices. I have not had any problems, so I can't say how they are in F/Up, but I would expect, from the webstore, it would be excellent. I can't wait to give the gifts I found to my family. Thanks a lot.

My first experience was not good. I placed an order Jan. 6 and received it Jan.26th. I just placed another order, I hope it doesn't take 4 weeks. I found it hard to get in touch with them, you can't call the on the phone. It has to be by email and I got no response. I'm giving it another chance

I can sum up my experience in just a few words:

UNBEATABLE PRICES

We purchased a top-of-the-line Cuisinart food processor 2 years ago from the same store and were extremely happy then. I saved over 250 dollars then, and on this purchase I saved close to 130 dollars over the next best priced stores.

The layout of the store feels a bit 2000ish (i.e. it could use a refresh) but otherwise it's very easy to find what you want.

Shopping was simple, receiving the item and getting my funds refunded, absolutely terrible. I'm still fighting to get them to release the hold on my funds for an item ordered weeks ago. Please save yourself the headache and order from an online seller that is reliable.

Since I have found iKitchen.com Online I have had great shopping experiences. The products are very high quality and at prices that are affordable. I was not planning on buying anything until I spotted the electric wine opener. I have never seen one like it and the price was good.
I always take a look at what you have at the special prices. I bought my coffee maker from you at about 1/2 the price I paid for the first one like it.

your web site has been extreamly easy to browse through,the items are very affordable,the return policy is great and the options of payment are many.the response to the order is almost immediate,a message within my email confirmed the order and a printable receipt was also provided.the products on your web site will be purchased by our scout troop to assist us in fundraisers. hopefully more value items of this quality will be added in the future. the unique sales that the web site has optioned to place on the order form as well as the discounts will be another reason for our group to consider future orders from you. the prices for the merchandise is lower than many of the discount stores in our area. shipping is competitive and not overwhelming,along with the options of how to ship the products.

I LOVE Kitchen.com! Shipping is a bit slow, but every item I've ordered has been exactly as advertised! Everything came in excellent shape you couldn't even tell the refurbished ice cream maker wasn't new. I was hesitant purchasing several refurbished items, but after 6 months, they're still working as if new! I have ordered a blender, ice cream maker (refurbished), coffee maker and food processor. Like I said, you have to plan early as the shipping is a bit slow, but I have my Christmas shopping done by Thanksgiving, so it's not a problem for me at all.

Shopping here was very quick and easy, only problem was that I could not remember the other item that had been listed in the original email notice and I could not get back to it but that is probably just me and/or my ISP.
