My address that I typed in correctly was displayed incorrectly on all subsequent screens and email confirmations. I had several questions that I mailed to their customer service department and specific individuals who handled my order but until today I haven't received any answers. I could also not reach them by phone - had to wait too long (international call). I also feel uncomfortable with their way of processing international orders - they request you to fax or mail them a copy of you credit card (front and back). According to my bank and various other parties this is not safe at all.

Bait and switch con-men! What a waist of time. I placed an on-line order for a camcorder and received an e-mail the next day asking me to call them to complete the order. At first their questions seemed legit-- "is the mailing address and billing address the same?" and "would you like a carrying case with it?" But when he asked if I wanted to buy a battery with it (something that this camcorder is supposed to be packaged with), my suspitions were raised. The final blow came when I was asked if I wanted the English or Malasian version. What do you know--the Engish version was $200 more. I have since been warned by other victims to watch out for a "cancellation charge" on my credit card. So far, I have not seen that...yet.

They did not say on the web page that you had to buy the charging cord separate, so they would have sold me a $700 dollar camera that I could only use once, that should have been stated that I would have to buy each device needed to basically operate the camera more than once, in fact most equipment that has batteries tells you to charge them first, so in reality I would not have been able to use this camera at all with buying the necessary equipment to just make the camera operational, not a god way to run a business.

I found the lowest price at Infiniti but as other reviewers have commented, I was put through the rigors of having to refuse over-priced extras. After stating that I was NOT interested in their offers the camera I wanted to purchase was suddenly not available for weeks.

I went to this site because it was far and away the better price then any other web site. I've noticed the prices have risen and will look at this site as one of the sites I will look at for a possibly better price. It almost became my primary site for all of my electronic needs.

These guys were a total rip-off. They charged me an additional $20 for a lens cover that I never received and when I spoke with them on the phone they refused to itemize the bill and correct it and on top of that were EXTREMELY rude. So I ended up paying more than I should have. Plus they totally misrepresented the accessories that were included with the product telling me that I had to pay more to get what Panasonic already included in the product package. They were the worst internet buying experience I've ever had!!

It was good and the product that I knew I originally ordered was just what I expected ,but the extras the salesman talked me into were not what he said not a deluxe leather case and no where does it say the extra battery will last over three hours longer than the original,and I can charge the battery that came with it while it is on the camcorder.
