I would not recommend anyone ever doing business with this company. They do not provide details on what is included with the purchase, then they send you a note saying you need to confirm the order, then they explain what is not included so they can pressure you into buying additional items, once done the rude customer service person (Adam) told me I would get my order in 4-6 weeks which I responded was not acceptable. He then said fine your order is cancelled and hung up on me. This is yet another terrible company that should be out of business.

Advertised price was good. I ordered the product. I received confirmation of my order. I then got an email saying they had oversold product and were out of stock. I then went back on their web site and the product was still available, but they raised the price $90. I would say this is a bait and switch, and would never consider doing business with them again.

Prices on web site very good. You will need to phone in to confirm order and sales people will then attempt to sell you a load of unnecessary extras. That is not bad by it self... however they tell you that you need them for example if you want to charge the camera. Not mentioning the camera comes with a perfectly good charger.

False advertisement. The webiste advertised a Sony DVR HC42 camcorder. When I was contacted to confirm my order, I found out that this was not the retail camcorder, but an upgrade kit. The website does not state this to be an upgrade kit. This sort of advertisement practice should be subject to litigation. I cancelled my order.

ordered camera online, site claimed 24-72hr order processing time. after 7 days i sent an email asking about the state of my order - they never cared to reply. 3 days later i called and they told me they would ship it the next day if i bought extra accessories (at outrageous price). i refused and couple of hours later i received an email telling me that the item was "backordered". i canceled the purchase.
later i called another brooklyn internet store and i got exactly the same guy on the phone with exactly the same story - either buy extremely expensive accessories or no camera.
these people are frauds.
eventually paid $100 more at buydig.com, but at least got what i wanted

They are a very dishonest mail order operation. They use bait and switch tactics to get you to order. Their shipping rates are extemely high. I will never order from them again. As a matter of fact I cancelled my order when I discovered their dishonesty.

I was not aware that the camera I wanted to buy did not come with the accessories that are normally shipped with it. Nothing in the advertising said that it was a "bare-bones" camera, and I didn't find it out until I was called by a representative of the company to confirm the order. Upon being told that it was a bare-bones camera and that I would have to purchase all the accessories individually, I canceled the order - which they did courteously and promptly.

This vendor, along with four others on-line stores I ran into while shopping for a digital camera, are doing BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. They listed on the websites that the very specific item I was looking for IS IN STOCK. I event called to confirm with a sales rep that the very single merchadise I am looking for is indeed available; when so, at the same time, I filled the order form and submitted the purchase order on-line. The next day, I follow-up with the vendor on my order shipping process, the same sale-rep turned around trying to sale me the "package deal" with bundled in other things that I have no need for. When I refused the bundled package, they said they don't have the merchandise I ordered.
I find it's a waisting of valuable time dealing with this vendor. And, this type of business practice have no value to the consumer. I hope to share my BAD EXPERIENCE, wasting three valuable days dealing with five of these type of vendors, while shopping for my digital camera will be known, so other shoppers can avoid these vendors all together. The one good vendor actually has the product its offered and I finally bought my camera at is Buydigitaldirect.com.

They advertise on the web site a product that doesn't macth the features advertized. They offer products without any guarantee and ask you to pay 400$ to get a 4 year guaranteee. I got to knew that when i called them to confirm the order,they really suck is the worst place where to buy products by the end when i realized that was going for me to cost to much I decided right away to delete the order and I've been told that deleting the order I was going to pay anyway the 15% of the value of the product, by the end I bought the pc because I didn't want to lose the money but they really suck. I would never suggest someone to buy on this web site.

THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE DAY ONE. THE PRICE WAS $300 LESS THAN ANY WHERE ELSE I'VE SEE IT....BUT WHAT DO THEY SAY? TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

Once the item was ordered they call you to sell you a warranty that is INCLUDED from the manufacture. Or they attempt to sel you a warranty that is too good to be true, I wasn't going to buy and fing out though. They said that it came without a warranty, I put them on hold and called sony directly, I was assured by sony that it came with a warranty no matter what they said. I then declined the warranty from Infiniti and was proptly told that the laptop was now on back order and it would be atleast three weeks or more. I assume that if I had purchased the warranty it would have been sent out immediately. Do not trust them. The only good thing is that when I cancelled the order they quickly cancelled and never charged my card.

When I reacted to the ad on their website by phone and wanted to place an order, they said I had to buy the whole kit at a lot higher price, I could not just buy the camera alone. When I refused to buy all the extra's (which I already have) the sales man became inpolite. Now that I have placed an order via e-mail, it turns out they don't have the camera! They said it would ship in two weeks, it is now three weeks since I ordered. They told me that I would be informed when it would ship. Still no news here. Need I say more
