Need It Weatherproofed?

Pros: easy application
Cons: requires precise application and a very clean surface, is expensive. Requires periodic reapplication increasing costs.
It is the worst roofing material I have ever used. You have to recount it every few years, as it slowly loses its reflectivness. Its lifespan is poor compared to other more traditional roofing materials.
