Pros: SATA, large capacity, Cheap
Cons: Didn't work,terrible directions, difficult installation. Never recognized by xp, not native sata

Pros: Super fast. Quiet.
Cons: None yet
I haven't used to many other recent hard drives, so I don't have much to compare it to, but this drive seems VERY FAST to me. I can completely load WinXP from power off in about 30 sec. It is extremely quiet. I downloaded a current benchmark test software and this drive blew away every other machine in the database by a WIDE margin.
