TERRIBLE--DO NOT GO NEAR THE BUSINESS!!
I ORDERED A 3 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION IN JANUARY 2005.
I STILL ONLY HAVE 2 OF THE 3 YEARS, AND IT WAS A FIGHT FOR THE 2ND YEAR. I HAVE COMPLAINED OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER.
THEY JUST DON'T CARE, AND MAKE UP THIN EXCUSES OF "WE ARE BEHIND IN OUR EMAILS, WILL GET BACK TO YOU."
I AM NOW FILING ADD'L COMPLAINTS WITH THE PUBLISHER & THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY****DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET THE CHOICE.

I THINK THAT ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY THIS COMPANY SHOULD BAND TOGETHER AND SUE THEM.

I purchased a 3 year subscription on 05-31-06 to TV Guide from MagsOnTheNet (Order # 224239). TV Guide said the subscription was for only 1 year. After filling out a report on MagsOnTheNet web site and escalating to the Superior Plan Company where they hand these orders over to, nothing has been done as of 09-28-06. They don’t have a customer service that is reachable their automated phone system runs you through an endless loop to nowhere. I’m still working on this problem. To add insult to injury they do have a working email system that sends me sales info almost daily.

My experience with Mags on the net has been very frustrating. I ordered 12/20/05. It is now 05/10/06. I have sent emails to every in box they have...multiple times. I have attempted to reach them via phone at varying hours on multiple occasions, with no response. I ordered "People" for my wife (several hundred dollar subscription)and have no idea if the company is even in existence, other than the website.

The miniscule savings is not worth the headache or hassel. I am also tempted to believe some of the positive reviews are fakes.

Do not order from this company. Due to the lengthy delays I can no longer charge back my credit card. IE they took my money and gave me nothing, and I have no recourse.

They never entered my subscription for the 3 years I paid for. Every time I complained they added six months or so to my subscription.
They still shorted me a full year. I reported them to American Express and the magazine.
Be careful if dealing with them.

Buyer BEWARE!! They took my order but nothing ever came through. Not one issue. On the phone they just made excuses and don't follow through. Shady, Shady, Shady!!!

Awful, ordered in October, now it's July and haven't received a single issue yet. The customer service just keeps promising.

Absolutely horrible. When I ordered, their reviews weren't so bad. Apparently, they've got straight downhill since then. They processed my payment for $51.95, but a year later, still haven't processed the order. When I call their customer service number, I get a recording. No response to my multiple emails. It looks like they've made alot of money stealing from folks in the past year, don't let them continue to do it to you... if you don't believe me, try contacting them before you order something. This company is a fraud.

Mags on the net is the greatest shopping experience I have ever encountered. There customer service is outstanding!!! They are what always keeps me coming back plus the great prices. Cheapest I have ever seen ANYWHERE! Keep up the good work guys!

Unfortunately I didnt do my homework and look for reviews before I purchased a subscription - I would have seen all the problems others had. Ordered a weekly mag subscription. After 3 months of nothing, contacted customer service. No reply. tried again, got a message after another 8 days that they would check on it. Never heard from them again, and now they will not even respond to any of my inquiries. Just filed a complaint (which they have MANY out there) with the Better business bureau.

MagsOnTheNet hands down has the best prices and offers. However, you need to click on the offer banner for the coupon codes.

I have been using them for a few years and have received great service! I love all my magazines and the great prices.

Great place for subscriptions. I ordered several magazine subscriptions and got every one within a few weeks. Great prices, great customer service. Highly reccomended!

This is an unbelievable service. Their staff is friendly knowledgeable and responsive. Everything I ordered was shipped pronto!

The best magazine Internet site I've ever ordered from in all my years, and let me tell you, I've dealt with many throughout my time. Mags define efficiency and effectiveness to the fullest - always providing and accommodating their customers in any way possible. I recently spoke to a Mags representative when placing an order and was treated with the utmost respect, something that you don't find too often these days when purchasing magazines through other magazine companies. Thank You Mags!!!!

It was wonderful dealing with Mags on the Net. The service was great and it's a wonderful way to give gifts without having to leave your home, especially for someone like me, since I work and don't have a lot of free time to shop.
All of the people on my last list received their magazines within a short period of time.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly to everyone.
