I've gotten two complete sets from Rockbottomgolf.com and am really surprised at their prices and satisfied with their service. The second set I bought were Wilson AD's and the next closest price I could find on the web was $60 more (some as high as $180 more) for the exact same thing. The prices for the products on here are great as a first time visitor to a golf outlet site, I thought I would start off small, I ordered the Oakley shorts they arrived when they said they would. the site even sent me tracking info. Purchased new driver, most helpful, answered emails promptly etc............Until I paid......... Driver arrived damaged, suddenly they won't answer any of my 7 emails, won't talk online (1st in queue 3 occasions waited over 1 hour on 1 occasion. NO BACK UP SERVICE WHATSOEVER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. If you are fortunate enough to have your products arrive undamaged they may be ok. The driver was packed in a cardboard box that was good however no other protection or packaging whatsoever. I then contacted Fed Ex who managed to obtain a response. A new driver has now been dispatched. This morning (3 days later when they said I would have a response in 4 hours) I have received a response to all my emails advising a new club is on its way. Pity that because I have already had the other one repaired as I couldnt get a response.................
Well my experience started out good... "UNTIL" the order was shipped... Then only one of the two drivers I paid for shipped from your facility, oh and I paid for overnight express shipment. Then the next morning after I ordered the drivers I received an email from you stating the exact same drivers that I ordered less then 24 hours earlier went on sale for $20.00 cheaper each. I tried to call customer services which went no where "some kind of trade show everyone was at"??? no one there could make a decision on the price drop or if I would be credited or ? I ordered on a Tuesday. I needed the product for a weekend birthday so I used three day shipping that cost me an extra $15. I expected the product would arrive Friday. It did not and I did not have a package for the birthday. I contacted Rock Bottom golf. They refused to refund my shipping payment. They said the 3 day guarantee did not include the shipping day. I reviewed their website. That information is not posted anywhere. Rock Bottom was very sarcastic with me and tried to push the blame on me, Fed Express and everyone else except themselves. I believe if a company will manipulate shipping charges to take money from you then who knows what else they will or will not do. I won't use them again.

Received my clubs today and am ecstatic. I ordered Taylormade R7 Draw Irons with Graphite Shafts for 549.00. This is $250 dollars off almost every other offer, online or in stores (usually sell for $799. I also ordered R7 Draw Fairway 3 & 5 Woods. They are beautiful, packaging is great, came with protective wrapping and no damage. Two day shipping as promised, I'm going golfing tomorrow (Friday) and Sunday, it's supposed to be in the 70's in Las Vegas. Will let you know how I do!

But look out when there's a problem. The website offers NO customer service phone number so you have to email them. When you do, you get an automated response that says they'll get back to you in four business hours. Wrong! My boyfriend recently ordered from Rock Bottom Golf and while the order arrived on time and the prices were competitive, the customer service was AWFUL. He needed to return an item and it was the biggest hassle trying to obtain a return authorization number. In the end, it was easier to just keep the shirt and give it away as a gift. We both left several phone messages w/ Rock Bottom and we also wrote countless numbers of emails. We will NEVER order from Rock Bottom again because of the poor customer service and the hassle of returns. We have spread the word to others we know who purchase golf items on the internet. I'd rather pay a bit more and have quality customer service and easy returns than deal with what Rock Bottom put us through. I would advise anyone who is unsure about an item that they are ordering to think twice before buying as you too might be subject to the horrible customer service. Thank you.

"Guaranteed 24-hour shipping" doesn't mean much to them. And you can't get a human being on the phone to save your life. Pretty frustrating right before the holidays. I ordered on the 12th and will probably be in a lurch when Christmas rolls around.
Very poor customer service. They sent an email saying they shipped my goods via Fedex and provided tracking number but it could not be tracked. They would not answer my emails or return calls. You can never get through their phone system.
Received damaged shirt, turned around sent back within 24 hours of receiving. They sent an email stating the upon inspecting the item it is considered used? I purchased "brand new". Someone wore it but it wasn't me thus the damage. Rip off, can't talk to a human. Will be following up with paypal.

The store has its draws. The prices are great. Unfortunately, the customer service is below terrible - it is non-existent. I ordered a set of wedges, but got two of the same club instead (instead of two different lofts). I have sent four e-mails over the past two weeks, and all four times I have received the auto response stating I will receive a reply within 4 business hours. Also, I have been #1 on their queue for live online help for over 20 minutes and have never gotten through. I have made at least 20 phone calls (every single time hearing they are experiencing extremely high call volumes), tried every option from their menu, and have been disconnected within the first 5 minutes every time - actually, the wait cuts off with a beep like a voice mail prompt would give, only there is no prompt. I have left messages on this prompt, but no call has been returned. I hope disputing the charge with my credit card company will help me out, but I still think the customer service makes the store worth avoiding.

Everything was great except for the order accuracy. I received and had to return the wrong golf bag twice before getting the correct item. However, each time the customer service was great and quick to respond. And the delivery of the items was incredibly quick - I received the first wrong, second wrong and the correct item all in the span of 1 week. On top of all of this, the prices can't be beat.
I ordered a set of Taylor R7 irons. Upon opening the sealed box, I discovered the 7 iron was missing. I have been in contact with numerous people over the last 30 days both by e-mail and phone, if you can actually get through and speak with someone, and still have not received the club. I am now resorting to having my credit card company put a hold on payment hoping that I will see the club soon. I will not shop this company again and will warn others not to shop from this unreliable company.
Great clubs, but the customer service and aggrivation in trying to complete my set makes me wish I would have spent the extra money and dealt with a more trust worthy vendor.

I think Rock Bottom is a great on line store. Customer service reps are professional and the prices for quality merchandise are some of the best I've seen. Unfortunately, I will not do any further business with the company as long as you ship with FEDEX. FEDEX is unreliable, rude and unprofessional. I realize you get better rates with them than other shippers, but then again you should because their service is inferior.

After receiving communication from the company that it had been sent in a "other vendor named" box as they had to acquire it else where...I should expect it within 7 days. Then, I receive an email telling me that they are still looking for a cart would I except a different color. (orange...ugh!...nope) Well, to make a long, long story short...after 12+ emails and 4 months!!!...my husband still has NO Christmas gift and NO Speed E Cart from this company! Beware of manufacturer's warranty when purchasing from Rock Bottom Golf.
By definition, Rock Bottom Golf deals in closeouts, overstocks, discontinued mdse., etc, which means most if not all of their inventory has a manufacturer date of 2 to five years. Many manufacturer's have a limitation on the age of the products they will stand behind, as is the case of Nike with their golf shoes. I purchased a pair of Nike golf shoes from Rock Bottom Golf, which promptly separated at the heal. Rock Bottom Golf will not stand behind them, and Nike will not since the mfg. date is TOO OLD. Guess who gets stuck with this situation? Sometimes the problems encountered with low price are not acceptable.

Having found a set of irons that I wanted, I started looking for pricing on the web. I found Rock Bottom Golf's store on the web and found that they had the clubs that I wanted. And they were fifty dollars less than the closest competitor.
I placed the order online, and had an order confirmation in less than an hour. I was even more surprised when they sent me a shipping confirmation less than 4 hours later with a Fed-Ex tracking number.
The clubs showed up in 2 days. They were exactly as ordered, factory fresh, sealed, padded, and boxed.
I have had not a single problem with this order or with Rock Bottom Golf.
I will definitely order from them again.
I have placed over 20 orders with Rock Bottom Golf. They have been fantastic. Delivery is much faster than any other online golf store. Products are accurately described.
The poorest sales reps available. You never talk to the same person. Their free stuff isn't free. They forget to add the items most of the time. If you try to email them and ask about the missing items they give you pathetic excuses until you finally give up.
Do not recommend at all. Check with Joe & Leighs, Dicks Sporting Goods, Edwin Watts to name a few. Much better customer service plus they don't jump higher on their prices on a day to day basis like Rockhead does!!
I ordered 3 items and only received 2. The Adams Driver that was the main item I wanted was not shipped. I was only sent the gloves and putter in a triangular box only long enough for irons. After numerous emails, (only way to contact them) usually having to wait a day or two for a response. I was told that the item was shipped and maybe it was still in transit. Even though all three items were supposed to have the same tracking number and the box I did receive said 1 of 1. So when I asked for the tracking number of this shipment. Their answer was that the driver was shipped with the order and to recheck the box(even after I sent them photos of the items and little box that a driver wouldn't even fit in). I was also told they could not send me the item and I would have to call my credit card company and submit a charge back. I am still trying to get credit for what I charged for but did not receive. Their name says it all. They are Rock Bottom, especially their shipping and customer service departments.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!! I ordered $200+ of equipment from Rock Bottom. They shipped without requiring a signature upon delivery. This is absurd for a shipment of that amount, Amazon.com requires signature on anything about $50, for instance. Fedex claims to have delivered at 9:45 pm, but it wasn't, at least not to my house. Rock Bottom Golf has refused to do anything about this. The person responding to their emails is extremely rude and does not adequately answer questions. They have basically told me I am out the $220 b/c of their ridiculous shipping practices.

I tried to check the status of my order on their website Wednesday and Thursday and it gave me "No results found". I received the correct driver on Thursday morning. Terrible customer service. THey sent teh wrong item and said that once the itme was dropped off at teh fedex kiosk. They would send my replacement. Well that didn't happen till 5 days later. Plus instaed of rushing the shipment out to me me they of course chose fedex ground to ship which will take 5 days to get to me. So I have had to wait a total of three weeks to receive my item for a mistake they made. Whats the point of saving some money when you have to wait alomst a month to get the right product.
As stated before good luck getting someone at the customer service number. Replys to an email inquiry in my opinion have a take it or leave it attitude

I was wary about ordering with rockbottom because I found a website with a lot of mixed views and unhappy people saying the products were good but the customer service was horrible. I just starting playing golf so I didn't want to spend a fortune on items just to give up the sport later on down the road. (which I do not plan on doing) I decided to order from them anyway since the prices were too good to be true. I placed two different orders two consecutive days and received both products in the same week that I made the purchases, in a day of each other. I was very impressed given the bad reviews I had read prior.

I have now waited more than three weeks for my items to be shipped. At first my emails were responded to with what feels like automatic, pre-written answers, blaming the delay on "a rare upload error", claiming my items would be shipped as soon as possible. Fine, they gave me 10% off on new orders placed by the end of the month, for my trouble. Now my questions just get listed as "solved", no answers are given. I am being ignored, and the only thing I ask for is a realistic estimate on when my order will be shipped. My friends have experienced the same treatment, but luckily they all received what they ordered in the end. So there is hope. However, don't expect to be taken seriously by customer services if you order from rockbottomgolf.com. The prices are quite good, but that seems to be the only reason why you should order from them.

I purchased a set of wedges from rock bottom golf with hopes of getting them before league night at my club. On the morning before league I received an empty box from rockbottomgolf.com. The only phone number on the sight won’t help with customer service issues. You have to e-mail them and they say they will respond in 4 hours. I check my e-mail fairly regularly but it took almost a week of daily e-mails to resolve the issue, when a phone call could have settled this in 10 minutes. On top of this they did a sale on my product while I was waiting for them to resend the clubs. They did not give me the item at the sale price or refund the shipping charge. I missed having my clubs for three league nights. Their customer service is not worth their prices which can be found on better sights like Golf Discount World.

The only minor hiccup was that my shipment came in 2 seperate packages, but I was only provided with 1 FedEx tracking number in the 'item has shipped' email. My experience was very satisfactory...the products were received earlier than I expected and were exactly as advertised. The only problem I had was with my attempt to use my Discover Card as payment. The Rock Bottom Golf website states in numerous locations that the Discover Card is a valid form of payment, yet when I tried to use this card at checkout, I was told that the card was no lonnger accepted. Very prompt delivery to New Zealand and well packaged. Unfortunately the shirts were completely the wrong sizing. I followed the sizing guide but two of the shirts were huge and not even close to the sizing guide. The Mizuno thermo shirt was the right size but the two other shirts were at least two sizes bigger than the sizing guide. I can't wear them and it would cost too much to pay the shipping for replacements. Very disappointing. The description on the web for each apparel item should tell us if the fit is way off the sizing guide. It would be OK for local buyers to return them but for international buyers the shipping cost of USD30 for new items plus the cost of shipping the returns means that it is not economical and therefore my buying experience was not a good one.
