I suppose that it is unavoidable that there is a two day delay, processing overseas credit cards. Perhaps for those repeat customers, such as myself, an expedited process could be applied. However, a no big deal really and another very pleasant shopping experience.

I made two orders on the same day about 1 hour apart. A call was made to the shipper so i would be able to consoladate the 2 orders and save on the price of shipping but the company (rock bottom) said i would not be able to do this for what ever reason. In the future I will consider some other company because the money i might have saved,I lost on fed-ex shipping cost.I was not happy with this.

When told that there are a maximum of 3 bids it is not clear or very useful that that applies to multiple items. Practically if you are bidding you can only buy 1 thing.

Excellent purchased, truly at rock bottom prices. Excellent rebate on certain items. But prices changes quickly. Should provide customers during orders at that time of price and not after changes. Very well packed on items ordered. Thank you.
