I could not be more pleased from the service I received from Ryan Brandle at Refinance.com! I was stuck in an ARM with a rate over 11%. I tried other companies who essentially told me I was stuck and they could not help. Ryan listened to what my goals were, and I felt like he was an advocate for me in getting my payment as low as possible. I am now saving $600 a month!!! My experience was by far the most painless experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. Thank you Ryan!!

When I went on to Refiance.com, I was call with in 3 mins after hitting the send. Kevin Sulz made me feel like I was a friend . He was always straight up with me . He told me what he needed and I sent it . He said 6 days at the most and he was right on the money . I will say this he needs a raise. Kevin is a very hard worker and always returned my calls and emails. I just want to say if there were more caring people in the world like Kevin more people would be able to keep there homes. Didn't know that a company such as this exist, it made my INTEREST ONLY LOAN to a 30YR. FIXED RATE in a matter of 5 working days. That's fast for a loan approval including closing. And the manner they handled my case was with a personal touch, they find the loan that suits my financial situation and treated me like I knew them for a long time. We have been told by many other companies that we would never be able to refinance. Yes, it was a very hard, long road for us, but Refinance.com and Wells Smith were our tour guides and helped us every step of the way. Even when we were close to giving up the gave us the confidence to continue. They were in contact with us everyday to see how we were doing and what they could do to help. If you feel it can't be done you have not spoken to Refinance.com yet. Special thanks to Wells with all the phone calls and E-mails guiding us to what was needed to be done and how we can do it.

I have been trying for a month to get someone to help me refinance my upside down loan. I had two mortgages on my home and an adjustable rate loan that was going to sink my ability to pay when the rate jumped up. Everyone I talked to said my credit score was too low, they couldn't help me.
Then I heard an ad for refinance.com and decided I had only "my house to lose" so why not!
My loan officer was Jay Christiano and My God what a life saver! Not only was he able to refinance my loan but he saved me 3.75% interest ! And its a fixed 30 year rate!!
Jay was fast- closing the loan in only 7 days. Jay also went over line by line what I could use towards my next years taxes. That in itself was very helpful and unexpected.
Jay Christiano took the time to explain the entire loan package so there was a comfort and understanding of the loan that I didn't have with my previous loan company.
Thanks again Jay for keeping me and My family in our home!!

I am very pleased with Tom and how hard he worked on my loan. When I called with questions I got an immediate response, no playing phone tag. He explained everything to me from beginning to end. He is professional and actually cares if you are comfortable with the loan you are getting. I was surprised at how fast the loan went through. I sent in my documents on Tuesday and closed on Friday. Tom developed a rapport with me that made me feel at ease and confident that my loan was going to go through smoothly. I really appreciated him telling me everything upfront and not just telling me what I wanted to hear. Refinance.com thank you for having a great mortgage consultant like Tom.

Pros: Working at home & on line/phone is easier to gather what is needed.

I had not so good credit and an ARM mortgage. Luis Gonzales worked threw all the difficulties getting a fixed competitive rate and away to move forward. Retirement for me is not far and with this new mortgage we are able to gain a little equity other wise lost due to the former ARM setup. Only the future will determine the outcome but with Luis's patience and determination there is now a better path. I am looking forward to do business in the future. The plan is to build our final home in Arizona in less then five years. Working with Refinance.com to make this possible is hopeful.

After calling MANY companies to refinance my home, Matt Goldsmith & Joe Souza @ Refinance.com -were very helpful, professional, answered ALL my questions & was never pushy.
They explained everything in terms I could understand.
Even the day of closing I had some questions, Joe took my call & got my answers.
One flaw the company needs to work on are the papers to be signed at closing, many duplicates but some had DIFFERENT information.
I have & will continue to recommended Refinance.com to people. It is important, especially in today's world, for companies who take the time for you & treat you like a person.

I was very nervous at first working with someone online. But everyone I dealt with made me feel quite at ease and assured me that everything would be fine. My refinance loan agent, John Raffaele, was more than helpful doing everything he could to get me the best possible rate. It was easy getting all of the loan documentation together with the support of Kim Melkum and all of her emails! You both walked me through the entire scary process and I cannot Thank You enough! Although it was completed through faxes, emails and phone calls it certainly felt like service with a smile! This was definitely a successful process!

We would definitely use refinance.com in the future if needed. We went from a dangerously adjusting ARM to a fixed 30-year. Painlessly.
