Details: Sunny Tavinder and his two handsome sons host upscale north Indian dinners in their snazzy, sparkling palace of a restaurant. Crystal chandeliers, red napkins and black avant-garde chairs reflect endlessly in spotless mirrors. On the weekend, giddy little belly dancers trip back and forth between the rooms to entertain the good-natured crowd. The tandoor clay oven turns out spicy lamb, juicy shrimp, smoky chicken and piping hot naan (leavened bread).
