Pros: solid, no mosquitos, nice looking, setup about 5 hours and two wrenches only.
Cons: A bit tough getting screwed together. canvas seems a tad too tight.
The Bottom Line: Very nice. Perfect size for 5-6 patio chairs and 5X3' table. sturdier than most in price range. 5 hour assembly (2people). I think cheaper models might take a lot longer.

| rdewilde's Full Review: 10' x 10' Green Gazebo |
I agree with just about everything katopasna stated inn her review. It took girlfriend and I about 5 hours total. We assembled the complete top on the ground, put together the 4 corners, stood up the corners and then lifted the top up. We used bungee cords at each corner to keep the top from falling off while we worked each corner. I had the advantage of parking a 5' wide trailer in the middle of the gazebo to stand on. We also used one "A" type (standard painters ladder). With her on the inside and me on the outside of the corner, it took some jiggling and fussing to get the screws in. We put all screws in loose (top included - exception of the 4 corners-we needed those strong to support the top)so that we would have some flexibility-otherwise, I don't think we could have done it.
After adjusting the corners and making sure everything was close to straight, I went around the outside edge and tightened all the screws (10mm ratchet is a definite plus plus a decent box end 10mm wrench - but that is all we needed).
After we got the outer edge straight and screws tightened all around, we just went nuts (literally) tightening the remaining 40 or so remaining screws.
We found the top fabrics tough to stretch into place, but we did get there. I think the mosquito netting is very delicate - afraid of ripping it. Fortunately ours came undamaged though. I don't know if the mosquito screens belong inside or out but I liked the look of it on the outside of the corners. This was and issue - it was too tight to go all the way around. We took one panel and placed it on the inside in the back and the rest was outside - ta da! zippers worked fine and sealed very nice. I found the velcro to be quite long-they must have improved on this. Immediately after we got it up and actually had dinner in it, it started to rain... The top allowed some small drops to get through - not enough to chase us into the house though. We bought water repellent spray and will spray the top tonight. 12" all around ended up wet due to mist as the rain hit the mosquito netting, I want to find solid side panels for this unit (it came with none). One mosquito snuck in with us, but once zippered up, no mosquitos at all!! And I live in a HIGH mosquito area.
All in all, we enjoyed setting it up as a team - just don't let the minor aggravations get to you and keep moving... It was solid at finish, but I want to see if I can find some corner shelves (none came with it and Home Depot had none). I believe these are made for the gazebo and might further sturdy the frame. I would get larger stakes than what came with it in case of heavy winds...
Cost at Home Depot - $279. I predict another $60 or so for shelves and solid cloth side panels.
We love the gazebo! Nice to get out of the house and enjoy the evening - especially with no bugs!!
