Pros: Awesome price and performance! V-twin
Cons: it's small, not built for a 6'1" 200 pound person.
The Bottom Line: It's cheap and v-twin and dependable!

Excellent bike! I feel alittle big for the bike, but after some suspension work done it's a bit better, new fork springs and all new back spring. I also changed the tires, exhaust (Yosh), and installed a stage 1 DynoJet kit. Awesome on the track and city, extremely light. If you want a good all around bike that doesn't need any repairs get the SV. The only draw back is highway driving, it's so light I feel like I'm going to get blown off the bike going 80mph.
I change my own oil/filter, but I would go ahead a get the 500 mile tune up done by the bike shop. Also don't be afraid about taking the wheels off, go ahead and do it before something really happens away from home. Good sites are svrider.com and sv650.org
