It's a pretty damn good card. Here's a true FACT: Your going to need a Pentium 3 500 or faster to get the best value out of this card, and that's a problem most people have out here.
The feature I like the most is the kick-ass external A/V control pod. With its 6 foot tick cable, that's not going to break, makes it easy to connect all of your cables.
Now the TV tuner software is pretty good, but does have a few bugs.(not really a bid deal tough)
The TV Tuner quality, depends mostly on your cable provider.
It captures video at 320X240 MPEG 2 or MPEG 1 witch is pretty good quality even at full screen and the sound quality is good too.(I wouldn't rate it excellent tough) 2 hours of MPEG 2 video is going to be around 800 to 1000 megs depending quality settings, I say that is pretty good.
The TV output quality is pretty good, and is easy to setup.
Here's a tip: The S-Video, and the Composite inputs will produce better quality picture, and sound then, the TV-tuner! So if you plan to do any recording use those inputs.
The FM tuner is good, I wish it came with an antenna. I had to go buy one for like 18 dollars at Best Buy.
The sound quality is excellent tough.
Just one problem it wouldn't lock into some stations at certain times, that might be a bug, but I'm not sure of that.
The skins need to be a little bit more easier to install, and software that comes with the card could be a little bit better.
ALL in All, I'm very happy with my Voodoo3 3500 TV AGP card, and if you are thinking about buying one, I say go for it, and buy one!
(Please note I have a Pentium 3 500 with, 128 megs of ram, 20 Gig hard drive, and Windows 2000)
