The controller (for those of us who are lazy) is icing on the cake

I can not stress enough what a great buy this player is.
It is absolutely superb when it comes down to sound quality. It has many different options for the user to get the maximum quality sound out of it. You can adjust the fade if you have more than the original two speakers hooked up to it. You can adjust the sound field, very easily with the touch of a button, to your genre of music, hip hop, rock, classical, or even jazz.
The speakers are quite large and very in charge. They are of very high durability and performance. Through the adjustment options I have named above plus many more you can get excellent crisp, smooth flowing sound out of these speakers. Even on high volume the speakers still out perform any other player I have had. For example when listening to hard rock, you can hear every high pitched shriek and every single guitar, keyboard, and drum played. It does not get distorted or static filled at all.
The 3 disk CD changer is very simple and quick to use. The manual explains everything in scrutinizing detail, just in case you can not figure it out yourself (it is very simple). The changer is very quick and reads very well. I have played a few of my cd's that were moderately scratched in that player, and it plays very smooth and easily. Normally these cd's would skip or stop on other cd players but on this model it seems to work fine. ***NOTE I am not saying it will fix or play ALL scratched cd's.***
The tape decks are easily understood and simple to use. They can record off of each other, from a cd, or even the radio if necessary. They play very well and are quick to rewind or fast forward.
The radio is one of my favorite features to use on this player because it has a possible 25 programmable radio stations on FM and AM radio stations. This guarantees that any genre of music that you would listen to at any time of the day, you would ALWAYS have something to listen to. To tell you the truth I could not even find 25 stations to program, I stopped at 16 or so. The radio also receives stations very well with clarity and slim to no static.
Finally the feature that I enjoy the most and use every single day....the controller. Yes for the lazy people there is a controller that will do just about everything so you hardly have to move a muscle. The controller will play, change or stop any cd, it will change functions to any of the three options (CD, radio, or tape deck), and it will even program the selected songs you want. This feature is only done using the controller and it is a great feature for parties or recording a tape. This option allows the user to program any song on any one of the three cd's in any order. The number of songs you can program is endless and when you are finished it shows the total amount of time it will play for (this is great for figuring out how much time you need to take off or add to a tape that has 60 min of recording time for example). Another option only done through the controller is the sleep mode. This enables the user to set an amount of time it will play for before stopping itself. You can use this with any of the three players and it even has a self dimmer for when you do it before you go to sleep.
Finally I would just like to stress what an excellent buy this stereo is. The options are endless, I only spoke of a few of them, I'll let you decide if you would like to see the rest.
