Pros: Fantastic sound, logical & ergonomic remote, features galore, safety cutoff switching, looks fabulous!
Cons: Could do with more digital inputs at the rear.
The Bottom Line: An A/V receiver does more than just deliver solid sound, it also has to look the part, and this does it in both aspects. Definitely recommended!

Solid and well built. The power output is smooth yet powerful. The remote control is well thought out, lights up in the dark, fits well in the hand. Ease of switching between sources. The auto-cutoff is handy, as I've discovered when shorting speaker cables accidentally - the switch inside saved the amp. The manual looks hefty, but it really is easy to ease when you get the hang of it. The body is very well engineered, even down to volume control which is metal, as compared to other well known brands which have plastic volume knobs. It looks, feels and sounds like a job well done! Good work Onkyo engineers!
