Pros: Clear, powerful sound.
Cons: None Thus-far
The Bottom Line: If you're using a 'cheap' center channel or have a package system, get one of these for an instant sound upgrade for about $100.

| l3it3r's Full Review: Sony SS-CN495H Center Speaker |
In a sea of over priced, under-powered Center channel speakers for the 100Watt market that the general consumer lives in, there are few speaker purchases that make sense. One of which I just made today. I was running off a KLH (*GASP!!*) center for about a year and I just broke down and got myself a new Sony 150Watt center channel speaker. Now, Aside from it being about 2-3 times as massive as my KLH, and thus making my system even more forboding than it ever has been, it's perfect. Clear highs and mids abound! No distortion i can pick up on and it handles the highs and the lows as fast as my new Pioneer VSX 811S ( http://www.epinions.com/content_90204638852 ) can dish them out at it. Honestly, I'm glad I broke down and got this new speaker. Now I don't have to strain to listen to the dialog when my wife is trying to talk to me because I don't have to worry about my poor 100Watt KLH not being able to handle the extreme volume anymore. ;-)
