Sony ripoff!

Cons: Cable Mouse not included, costs $60!

This VCR is a classic example of bait-and-switch. Normally, when you use VCR Plus, you want the VCR to automatically switch the cable box to the proper channel, right? Otherwise, you'd have to make sure the cable box is already on the right channel.

Well, guess what: to do this with the Sony, you have to use what they call a Cable Mouse, and it's not included, it's OPTIONAL, and it costs $60!! And you can't find it in stores, you'll most likely have to order it from Sony.

I consider this to be a total ripoff. There is nothing on the box that says you need a cable mouse to have the VCR control the cable box, and certainly there is nothing to tell you that it's not included.
