Missing the Basics

Pros: This is a 2.4GHz phone that accommodates two phone lines.

Cons: Uncomfortable on the ear. It is difficult to hear the person you are talking to.

The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this phone because it is uncomfortable on the ear and it is hard to hear the person you are talking to.

This phone is very uncomfortable on the ear, it's actually kind of bumpy where your ear goes. Also, the volume of the person you are speaking to is very faint, even when set on the loudest setting. One more thing: I wanted to set the ringing volume to a low level, and discovered there are only three choices: loud, soft, and off. And even the soft is too loud. My husband bought this phone because it accommodates two lines and is 2.4 GHz, but I won't use it, I'll run to the next room to answer the phone. That's how bad it is.
