i purchased this card new in june and it worked perfectly. but then august rolled around and for some reason the screen decided that it was going to turn all plaid colors. after determining that it was the video card that was defective i contacted their customer service and they told me to send it in. during the time it was gone i used a 7 year old video card from an old computer and it worked great further confirming my theory that the radeon card was defective. well i got the card back and they said they found nothing wrong with it. well i stuck the card back in and it worked fine for about a week before it started messing up again.
