This monitor was chosen by me for several strong reasons. The monitor resolution is 1280x1024, which is very good for a monitor in this price range. The screen is fairly flat, apparently adding some distortion not found in other flat screen CRT monitors, but not enough to to cause any problems in normal home or business use. Anyone requiring top-notch graphics should probably buy a better(and more expensive) monitor.

The colors were accurate in appearance, although not overly bright. This was probably due to my somewhat antiquated Diamond Stealth 2000 4mb PCI video card.

This monitor is excellent in its price range, though if you are choosy, it would be best to spend(and get) more.
