Pros: Very effective for chronic pain conditions
Cons: NOISY/LEAKS AEROBED WILL DO NOTHING OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY WHICH IS ONLY ONE YEAR.
The Bottom Line: NOT RECOMMENDED: IT LEAKS AND AEROBED WILL DO NOTHING AFTER THE WARRANTY: BED BATH AND BEYOND DID GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE TWIN SIZE I PURCHASED.

| queenellie's Full Review: Aero Bed Mattress Topper |
I bought two: a twin and a king. One side of the king which my boyfriend uses started leaking about 3-4 months ago. It is completely deflated by morning. Next the twin started with a less dramatic leak which became worse. I called Aerobed. They won't do anything if it's after the warranty and I don't remember exactly when I purchased them and couldn't find receipts. Bed Bath and Beyond gave me a $57 credit for the twin size but said they can't refund for the King size since they don't have number for that anymore. It's such a relief to know that at least Bed Bath and Beyond backs up their merchandise most of the time. I am dissapointed that they won't at least give me some sort of a credit for the king size also. Maybe if I return with it and complain they will. Aerobed said they'de discontinued the king size, so it makes sense that they no longer have information on that model. I purchased both of these on clearance and used a 20% coupon so fortunately I didn't pay the full price. But I still consider this to be an overpriced product if it's going to leak like this. These should not be throw away items. It's terrible for our pocket books and for the envrinment!!!
While I love the mattress toppers (I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain from neck and back injuries), I probably wouldn't purchase Aerobed again. I will try a cheaper, thin mattress as a topper instead. Reinflating with a severe leak is too much trouble, you need to reinflate 3-4 times over the course of a normal sleep.
I'm not impressed with the quality, with Aerobed's NOT backing up their product nor with their service. I don't consider something of this price to be a throw away item. I asked on the phone to speak with a supervisor as the employee helping me was giving me the run around. He just about refused to transfer me and then said she was in a meeting. I left a voice mail and she never returned my call.
While I highly recommend such a product for people with pain issues I DON“T recommend AEROBED, who makes a FAULTY product and then refuses to stand by it and give a refund or exchange.
If you do use this mattress topper use a high quality memory foam egg crate type pad on top of it. This makes for a very soft, but supportive mattress experience.
