I have a friend at work who uses Aleve and I often bum a a couple of tablets from her when I have headaches at work. All I can say that usually within minutes my headaches are reduced.

I hurt my back recently and my doctor prescribed Naproxen. I took a look at Aleve and it has naprosyn, which I assume is a lesser of what is in Naproxen. I assume that Aleve is good for other body aches as well, but I have no knowledge on that. I usually take Motrin or Advil for body aches, but I bet Aleve can work for that as well.

As with all drugs, please read the warnings on the label. No need to take a chance on aggravating an allergy if you do not have to.
