Pros: Small size, bright screen.
Cons: PocketSync program the desktop is buggy. System is intolerant to some software.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this system. If you MUST go with a PocketPC, spend a little more money and get the Dell PDA or one of the more expensive units.

| nagreen's Full Review: Audiovox Maestro PDA1032C |
I bought this PDA to function as a basic address book/notebook. It works sufficiently for this, as do all of the PocketPC PDAs.
However, the more I used the Maestro, the less usable it got. After about a month of use, the system would start running slowly, then it would stop being able to shut it off, and it would routinely lose its settings. Specifically, its backlight settings would reset either to fully bright, or completely off. The only fix is to do a hard reset and lose all of your data.
The next issue I have with this is the desktop software that comes with all PocketPC PDAs. This is my third PocketPC handheld, and I will not buy another until Microsoft fixes the software. The software for all three PDAs would consistantly reach a point where it would not recognize the PDA, and have to be reinstalled to get it to recognize the PDA. Then I would have to move all of my files to the directory for the "new" handheld. Not very stable, in my opinion.
