bradshawcl's Full Review: Bath & Body Works Body Works Sleep Body Wash Warm ...
Along with the BBW Warm Milk and Honey Lotion, I also picked up a 10 oz. bottle of Bath and Body Works Sleep Body Wash in Warm Milk and Honey Scent. I got these both for $20, but alone it runs $13.
This comes in a clear plastic bottle, sort of reminds me of an old timey apothecary bottle, and it has a flip top lid. Luckily, they were smart and didn't make the dispensing hole all that big because this stuff runs a little on the thin side. It is a gel, and it just has a yellow tinge to it for the color.
Here's what BBW's website has to say about this stuff: "Good night. Cinnamon essential oil is comforting. Clove essential oil is calming. This sudsy body wash, infused with an aromatherapy blend of essential oils, evokes the comfort of warm milk and honey so you can get a good night's sleep. Our nourishing formula also contains green tea extract to help keep skin looking younger and healthier."
I was pretty thrilled with the scent of the lotion, but this body wash is uh...just not the same! It does have a honey scent to it, but to me it's a tad too kitchen-ish scented because I get a really strong smell of cloves with this stuff too. It's not horrible, but it's just not as light and sweet as the lotion is. I guess it's a good thing that this doesn't last long scent wise after showering.
It does have a pretty nice lather to it and it rinses off very clean. It also makes an ok bubble bath as well. As far as it doing anything for your skin, it doesn't do very much. So really, you could just buy something much cheaper and get the same effect.
Overall, this just gets an average rating for me. It's ok, but the scent is just not as good as the lotion, and the wash doesn't do anything for your skin either.
