Bypass this one. She is almost 60 and her face is rough. Watch Erotic Nude Aerobics. That'll get your heart racing. I actually have that DVD and didn't review it. Crazy me!

can be dangerous and cause injuries. That's why I avoid it at all costs and just watch the exercise tapes featuring attractive women.

I tell ya, I really tried to be careful but the band would roll right off my feet and snap me or, even worse, it would snap off the bar when I was reaching over my head and snap me and cause all kinds of bedlam.
Even if it didn't, the breathing is so crazy, I wouldn't recommend it.

I was flinching at the thought of being snapped! I think I'll stick with some dusty video exercise tapes and my pedometer. If anyone buys this after your warning I'd be surprised :)
