Started with the Tuna Tartar and Curry and Prawn soup. Both were excellent and the soup was the best soup I've ever eaten. Tartar came with won tons stuffed with Shiitake Mushrooms, Ginger, Carrot & Cilantro and a Spicy Chinese Mustard Sauce- Great!!. I ordered the Chicago Pork Loin. It was wrapped in bacon and stuffed with an onion, sage and fennel confit. It was accompanied by an apple, sweet potato and parsnip puree and braised chestnuts. Both the nuts and puree had great flavor. Ate everything on my plate except for the bone. Wife had the steak with blue cheese ravioli. She said it wasn't the best steak she has ever had. We passed on dessert. The bill including tip was $120. Not bad considering we had an app, soup, 2 entrees, 1 beer and 1 wine.
Over the experience was great. The decor is cool and the open grill area is great to watch.
