Thank you for taking the time to review this product for us. "I think" I am going out this week to get this machine. It's a little scary. I know I can't get into shape just purchasing it. I'm in my early 40's and want to get a solid workout routine going before I get much old. I do have some medical conditions that limit me, but I think the key to aging right is proper eating and exercise. Your review has motivated me!!!

Great review- my friend opted for one of the bow flex machines and I am so glad I got a Total Gym!
It is so much easier to use with so much less pomp and circumstance.
Enjoyed your review- and you did a great job as always!

Oh Deb - sunny Florida is sunny! and the only white stuff on the ground is sand. I don't sit in the sun so it is handy that my mom's balcony is shady all the time. I spend lots of hours out there reading and looking at the ocean. It's the same ocean we have in Boston:) it just looks different when the temp is 80 and not 30! jo
