Pros: Fast, makes excellent coffee, lasts forever

My husband and I sadly had to throw out our Bunn coffee maker after 12 years of faithful service. We are huge coffee drinkers, so this little guy was used at least once a day, seven days a week, since the day we got married (it was a wedding gift). The recent problem we had was it started to leak just a bit from the bottom, and my husband faught valiantly to fix it, but decided it wasn't worth it... we may as well go buy another one. Yes, indeed, we'll be getting another Bunn, no question about it. Only this time, we'll look at one that has a thermos/caraffe, for coffee that stays fresh longer.

As for cleaning the coffee maker, all we did was run vinegar through it once a month. Otherwise, we never took it apart or did more than that, and it still lasted this long.
