Cons: 2 Printhead repairs in 1year - Nozzle Cleaning drained all cartridges in 5min
The Bottom Line: Do not buy, unless you want to spend your weekends troubleshooting and packing your printer for repair. If you buy it get the 6 year service plan....

The Canon S630 has been a nightmare and I can tell you after dealing with this for over a year. Not like other reviewers who come and write Positive things after a few days. I also was very happy with my Canon S630 for the first 5-6 months.
A little background...
This was my first high definition color printer after owning a HP 550C (1993-1999) and a Lexmark z31 (1999-2002). The print quality of this brands were average, but when you turned them on they worked and you didn't have to think about it. And I'm sure that the people who have them are still using them without problems. The problem of these printers was in their color cartridge design their tri-color cartridges required a change after only one color ran out.
Solution to my problem....
Since the Canon S630 took care of the tri-color cartridge problem and the printing quality was superb I was confident of my choice and I thought the S630 and I would be together for a long time.
New problem....
Well I was completely fooled. After Two printhead replacement and watching this printer suck the ink out of the 4 cartridges in less that 5 minutes cleaning the nozzle head. I can testify by experience that this Canon S630 is not the right choice. Each printhead lasted less than 6 months and they only printed less than 50 pages each before breaking.
So you decide.
