I purchased it more than a year ago now (sometime during the Summer of two thousand and eight) at Harbor Freight when they had them on close out or clearance for $2.99 plus tax. (Then I bought a different brand of cap washer (called Ball Cap Buddy Cap Washer) from Harbor Freight for my dad that was $5.99 plus taxes sometime during the later part of November two thousand eight and is yet to be used.)
Why This Laundering Device
My primary reason for buying it was because I was tired of washing my Adidas Sports Official Hat by hand, which is a real chore believe it or not. Why? Because I would have to get the bill broken in again after each wash when doing it by hand in the sink in a dishpan which can be back breaking from being tall and stooping over while cleaning it, so I would not make a mess on the counters, cabinets, and floor, sigh. :(
But now that I have it all I have to do is throw it in with a load of like color clothes and I am done with it, until washer has completed the three cycles composed of agitate, rinse, and spin. Once the washer has completed its cycles simply take it out and let it air dry or tumble dry only (no heat cycle) for quicker drying than line drying. And I am very happy with the results I get with the Cap Washer. :)
What I Like About It
I like that the Baseball Cap Washer helps keep the shape of the hat overall without making it stretch out. I like that it does not come loose while in the (Sears brand) Kenmore washer machine.
It claims to be dishwasher safe and warns not to use lemon dishwasher detergent, but does not say why; however, I imagine it has to do with staining the cap, probably.
Helpful Tidbit Tips
Washing in the dishwasher is a good option because it can kill germs as it washes much hotter than a traditional home washer machine, but as another warning I would suggest not putting the hat in the dishwasher if say "cold wash only" or "wash in cold water" or "cold wash" as it may discolor and/or shrink the baseball cap.
I would recommend using Spray 'n Wash Laundry Stain Remover with Resolve Power Stain Stick if you are trying to get out some heavy stains as it works very well with the Baseball hat washer. If it is still not clean apply the stain stick again and wash again. Repeat as many times necessary until the cap (or hat if you prefer) is clean.
What I Do Not Like About It
I do not like that it can be difficult to close if it is not properly lined up when you trying to snap it shut and that is my only complaint.
Available Colors of Cap Washer
So far I have only seen it made in white, maybe sometime in the future they will get some fun colors available.
Warranty/Guarantee
As far as I know this item does not have a warranty or guarantee of any sort; however, if you buy it from a brick & mortar store you should have anywhere from thirty days to ninety days to do an exchange or return granted you did not abuse it (of course).

Quality of Product
The product looks very well made and has no visible signs of any type of defects or weak areas. I have used the Baseball Cap Washer about ten times now and have had no problems with it in any way. Short & simple analysis of the product is that it is excellently well thought out product that any person that needs to wash a Baseball hat should own at least one of these.
Place of Manufacture
Again sorry, as I previously stated I immediately threw away the packaging when I got inside the house, but it seems as though it may have been made in either USA, Taiwan, or China (I am not sure which place). But where ever it is made it is constructed very well and I would say to simply buy it if you need it.
Recommend
I would most definitely recommend and highly recommend the use of this hat washing accessory as it is a lot easier to toss the hat in the washer machine than wash by hand in a dishpan in the sink and being hunched over for fifteen minutes to an hour depending on how dirty the hat is.
