Pros: Prices were reasonable and in line with other chains.
Cons: Food and service.
The Bottom Line: Not a good dining choice. A patron would do much better at a good neighborhood Italian restaurant.

It has been a long time since my wife and I had such a disappointing dining experience. The location we ate at was only open for about one month.
Things started badly as we were made to wait thirty minutes beyond our called-ahead seating time. We were brought to a table that was wobbly and to close to the adjacent tables.
Our waitress introduced herself, explained that she was a trainer for other waitresses, and proceeded to launch into a fifteen minute dissertation on the specials for the evening. The irony was that there was no other waitress with her that was being trained, we did not want to here about the specials (could not stop her), and the thing that she pushed most was wine. We did not appreciate that her talk concluded with "What wine shall I bring you?" I would have rather been asked if we were interested in having wine with our meal. Her entire presentation was so scripted leaving us impressed with not only did she not know a thing about wine but she also assumed we didn't either.
The Meal. Everything, and I mean everything, from the appetizers, to the soups, to the main entrees had so much black pepper in them that no other flavor or taste could be appreciated. This factor alone totally destroyed the food. We are Italian, are parents are from Italy, we have numerous relatives in Italy which we visit often. Nobody, nowhere in Italy, and for that matter no one of Italian decent in this greater New York/Philly area, cooks with the abundance of black pepper that this restaurant uses! So bad was the meal that we didn't even stay for coffee or desert. The waitress maintained her script throughout the meal proving to have little to no personality.
The acoustics of the dining room were horrible as well.
All totaled, don't waste your time or money.
