Pros: Delicious. Attentive waiter. Excellent wine suggestion.
Cons: There isn't a Carrabba's near me! I was on vacation.
The Bottom Line: Delicious food, excellent service. Fantastic for a romantic evening. Relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely dine there again.

Carrabba's amazed me. My husband and I were on vacation in Phoenix Arizona, my sister was kind enough to send us out to dinner. When we arrived, we were properly greeted and seated almost immediately.We did not have a reservation. The lighting was perfect, bright enough to see but not to interfere with the mood. Our Italian waiter arrived shortly. The service was superb, he was attentive without being intrusive. He recommended two choices of wine, both of which he brought me samples after I had originally declined. I didn't mind, the choices were perfect! Our delicious warm bread was served with the traditional saucer of spices which then had the olive oil so eloquently drizzled. My husband had chosen the Sicilian Chicken Soup next. He ate every drop..now I must tell you my husband hates vegetables in all forms, but this soup which was full of veggies and chicken- well I've never seen him enjoy soup so much. I had a fabulous salad, that I couldn't finish. The main course came faster than I expected-I didn't really have room for it yet. Mine was the grilled chicken with roasted rosemary vegetables. My mouth was in heaven, it was perfectly seasoned, the most delicious I've ever had! My husband had the Chicken Parmigiana and he was only able to eat half ( he was full from the soup). The entire meal was superb, the service, unbeatable. The price was just right. Our attentive waiter was tipped well. I would and have recommended Carrabba's to everyone.
