Mouth-watering.
Itīs frustrating here because we canīt get pumpkins. A friend at the American Association in Santiago orders canned goods from the states and bakes downhome, or in this case uphome pies, cakes, and cookies. Now we are 2 hours away. I havenīt had pumpkin pie in many months.
Oh well.
Great review.

All the time I was an Epinions member, I didn't know a great writer was out there =)

Thanks for this wonderful review and I just might ask my daughter if she's interested in that French pudding...she does alot of holiday baking.

Gerri, Thank you so much. Your comments are heart warming, although not deserved. You are the one who deserves accolades. Anyone who is willing to make a home for handicapped kids or kids that might otherwise" fall through the cracks" of society deserves a collective hug from all of us. Today happens to be my birthday, and hearing from you is a wonderful and unexpected birthday present.

I have really enjoyed reading your reviews! It's like reading something that my grandmother would have written or told me about if only I would have gotten to meet her. I can imagine with my mother being a lot like you (personality that I've read into your reviews) I hope that my children realize just how blessed they are to have such a loving, kind intelligent grandmother!

You seem like that type of beautiful lady too. God Bless you. There's just not many ladies out there that are like you. (Baking 12 dozen cookies as a refreshment EVERY week, for your daughter's associates. Now that's quite the country gal I think.

And it's kind of funny ... but I think most of my life I used jelly roll pans as cookie pans ... it was only a few years ago, after many years of marriage that I realized that 'real' cookie sheets didn't have 'edges' ... *lol*

Have a GREAT day!

Makes my mouth water even thinking about, and it didn't last long with me there! PS a jelly roll pan is like a cookie pan with shallow sides. Good one Mom!

Wonderful review. The recipe sounds yummy. =)

I have never even heard of a jelly roll pan before. Now I'll have to see if I can find one in a store to see what they look like - the picture is too small to tell here.
