Pros: Excellent product at a great price.

Cons: The compass isn't accurate.

I have been using this device for 6 months now and it has saved my butt dozens of times. It did fail for me once though. 3am in the morning and nobody on the freeway. I was in the fast lane and the cop car was in the bushes in the middle of the freeway between the eastbound and westbound lanes. It gave a minimal Ka band warning for 2-3 seconds, then a full 5 warning right as I passed by the cop. I was able to reduce the speed he caught me at by 2 mph which was enough to save $100 bucks on the ticket.
When there are other cars, the cops radar gun will be in use on everyone else and you'll have ample warning. Drive in the middle lane to get a longer line of sight and take it slow when there's no other cars on the road for 100% effectiveness.
