Easy Setup! Will I sleep like a baby tonite?

Pros: Excellent customer service and communication. Easy setup.
Cons: none so far.
The Bottom Line: If this works out, then I'll wonder how the traditional mattress companies will survive.

I've finally decided to buy a new mattress after sleeping on the same bed for the past 12 years. When we got married, my wife and I decided to invest in a top of line mattress...since sleeping is very important to us. When we purchased our old mattress, I proclaimed that it will be the last bed I will ever buy (spent over $1000 at the time). Famous last word...right? My wife was complaining about her back recently and I did notice that our expensive bed did have a noticeable sag in the middle. So...we went shopping. Over the Labor Day weekend, we must have tried every mattress in the shopping mall. This experience left us wanting something more and also left us wondering if we had to do this again 8 to 10 years later. Then, we ran into Select Comfort store. We heard something about Select Comfort, but didn't know much about it and wanted to compare them to the traditional mattresses. There were several people trying out the different models of bed, but didn't know who to talk to...only had one sales rep working 5 or 6 customers and all of beds were taken. We waited to talk to someone for about 20 minutes before deciding that we didn't want to wait. So, decided to do some research on the Internet on Select Comfort. After some research and reading the reviews on Select Comfort, I came across Comfortaire and great reviews Richard from NationwideMattress.com received. I've decided to take a chance and called toll free number at 9:30 pm on Labor Day...thinking I was just going to leave a message. to my surprise, Richard promptly answered his call and proceeded to answer all the questions I've had about Comfortaire. After getting all the answers, I decided to place an order with Richard for the Celenia...mind you, this was now about 10 pm on Labor Day! The ordering process was smooth and the after-sale communication, including shipping information via e-mail, was also smooth and timely. After 2 weeks (as promised), my bed arrived in 2 separate boxes. After opening the boxes, it took me about 20 minutes to put the whole thing together on top of our existing box springs (make sure you PLUG in the cord until you hear the "click" sound on the remote...will save you the embarrassment of calling Richard). I can only say that I wish everything in my life is as easy and effortless as I had experienced with Richard and Nationwidemattress.com. I will provide update as to how my wife and I slept after a few weeks.
