| Birdfeather's Full Review: Compound W Liquid |
It has been about a year and a half since I have had to deal with a disgusting plantar wart. It seems this same area and spot on my finger is prone to attracting this virus that causes a plantar wart to form. I had tried using Compound W Gel Formula last time and was pleased with the results. However, when I went to the store to get this, all that was on the shelf was the freeze off formula and Compound W Liquid, which I chose to use since I haven't heard of any great results with the freeze-off products.
Compound W Liquid
Compound W Liquid formula comes in a small .31 fl. oz. amber glass bottle. It has a white screw on top that has a built in brush to apply the liquid to the wart.
Compound W Liquid is a fast acting formula that will remove common and plantar warts painlessly. It is a safe and effective way to treat common warts at home.
Compound W Liquid has been rated the #1 recommendation from pharmacists.
Directions
You should make sure the infected area is clean before applying the Compound W Liquid. Apply formula to dry wart and be sure to completely cover it. You can apply this once or twice daily until the wart is gone. Some prefer to soak affected area in warm water before applying. Just be sure to dry area before applying the medication.
My Experience With Compound W Liquid
The last time I used this product several years ago, it came with a applicator with a bulb on the end of the applicator. This was a bit awkward to apply. I was happy to see the new brush applicator but I feel the brush is a little on the large side. It could stand to be a little thinner so you do not get the liquid on too much of the surrounding skin.
Application is easy. Just dab the brush on wart and let it dry. I try to apply this 2 times per day but I'm very forgetful so once per day is good for me. I found that after two days of using this the center of my wart appeared to have died. It turned black. However, the wart was still there and had layers of skin left to be removed. Each day that I use this product I see results. A couple of layers of skin will come off the wart each day. You can also feel the soreness going away each day. It takes about 7-12 days for common warts to completely go away. I have found that if you do not have them completely removed, they will come back in several weeks.
To me this is the easiest way to remove a wart. I don't like the freezing blast you get at the doctor's office. One of my daughters tried that method and she ended up having the wart come back six months later. I can get those results at home and save some time and money.
Common warts seem to reappear periodically. This is because warts are caused by a virus. I think warts are a pain in the rear and hate when I get one. I have come to trust Compound W in either the liquid or gel formula for relief.

Although I liked the gel formula better, Compound W Liquid also gets the job done. It is relatively inexpensive and easy to use. I have had good luck using this brand and product and recommend it to anyone that needs help getting rid of a wart. I give Compound W Liquid 4 Stars.
