The Creative 3D Blaster Ultra Riva TNT2 is not a slouch in performance in lower resolutions. However, upon reaching a 1152x768 resolution, I started to notice subpar performance on games. The graphics would become somewhat blotchy and it seemed like some frames were being skipped. On the other hand, the card is not very expensive and it has a good amount of software that comes with it. The drivers seem to run well and it seems like Creative is always updating their software. One nice feature that this graphics card has is its s-video output ability. Dont worry if you dont have a s-video input on your tv either because it comes with a converter for s-video to rca cables. The only problem with this tv-output is that it requires you to move your resolution down to 640x480 and change the frequency to 60 Hz which can become quite complicated. I would not recommend buying this card if you are looking for a combination of high resolutions and a great graphics experience, but if your looking for an affordable graphics card, it is definitely a worthwhile buy.
