Cucina, Parfum de Mediterranee" translated is Perfume of the Mediterranean. That is what this amazing product is called that will make your kitchen and your hands smell like you are in a Sicilian kitchen. Just washing your hands with the product or spraying a small amount makes your immediate surroundings smell like a bouquet of ginger and sicilian lemon. This great gift came
from a Canadian company, Fruits & Passion, 21, Rue Paul-Gauguin, Candiac, QC Canada J5R 3X8

How I found Out About It
I happened to get this product as a present from my mortgage company, Countrywide Home Loans, when I bought my most recent house in San Diego. The gift ensemble, which was sent to me via the Platinum gift company, http://www.theplatinumgift.com came with a pre-printed nice and tasteful "thank you for your business" card. The cost of the gift box was $45.95. Don't tell them I looked up the cost but I had to for the review. ;-) The contents of the gift box were:
* purifying hand wash / 7.8 fl. oz
* repairing-action hand cream / 3.4 fl. oz
* fragrant kitchen spray / 1 fl. oz
* scented kitchen votive candle 15H with candleholder
How I Like It
I love all the products. The hand lotion makes my hands feel so soft with a slight olive oil touch to it and I put away my softsoap product and have been instead using the kitchen soap. The whole kitchen smells wonderfully lemony and so crisp and clean with just washing your hands after cleaning or cooking. I put the scented candle by the window and it naturally gives off a clean, citrus smell. The containers themselves are glass with a nice sea-greenish and/or yellow exterior. Nice to just set out since decorative. A little bit of the product goes a long way so do not overspray. It can be overpowering.
Regarding the hand wash, you will see that it has the same soothing qualities on the hands as the hand lotion. You hands will feel soft and slightly oily as a result of the olive oil in the product. It should be noted though that the hand wash has a minimal sudsy effect and is not anti-bacterial.
Regarding the hand cream, it leaves your hands very soft but note that it is very oily and it does not soak into the skin very quickly. In fact you will get a feeling that you have to wipe your hands, otherwise you will feel like you still have olive oil on them, with a longer than expected sticky effect.

Conclusion
Bottom line, if you want to treat yourself special and out of the ordinary, or you want to give a gift that someone will cherish and remember you with, then this is the way to go. Everytime you use the product, and get a little whiff of Italy in your kitchen, you will remember the thoughtful person that sent it to you with affection.
