Pros: whiter teeth (really), teeth feel cleaner, free replacement brushes
Cons: flosser and tounge cleaner are worthless, its expensive
The Bottom Line: If you're buying Cybersonic for its brushing capabilities, fine. The brush makes your teeth feel like you just left the dentist. But don't buy Cybersonic for its worthless attachments.

Before I say anything else, let me start by telling you that, YES, this product works..as far as making your teeth look and feel cleaner. But it has its cons as well as its pros:
PROS:
This product is very easy to brush with. You put some toothpaste on the brush and press it against your teeth, and there you have it: clean teeth.
You get 2 free replacement brush heads every three months. I ordered my toothbrush off of the TV and this is the deal they gave me. All I pay is $4.95 shipping and handling every time they send my replacements. This is comparable, I guess, to buying toothbrushes at the store. You really don't save any money, but at least you're not paying any more than you would have on normal brushes. (Well, after purchasing the system, anyway)
My teeth are already whiter. I just got the system about a month ago, and I use it twice a day in conjunction with using the whitener they sent me.
My teeth really do feel like I just came from the dentist, which is what they tell you on the infomercial.
This toothbrush is great for getting at those hard to reach teeth in the back of your mouth.
CONS:
The flosser is worthless. The floss falls out of it or gets too loose to use, and the attachment is so big it hardly fits in your mouth. Also, when it does fit in your mouth, it touches your teeth, and almost vibrates them out of your head.
The tounge cleaner is even more worthless. This is one of the reasons I got this system, and it doesn't work even a little bit like I thought it would. I mean this thing really doesn't make your tounge any cleaner than when you started. The problem is that it's a little piece of plastic with some plastic bumps on it that is supposed to vibrate the plaque off your tounge, but it has nothing to scrape with, so its easy to see that it wouldn't work.
The attachments are hard to get off and put on. I can hardly change attachments, so a child would never be able to use this product.
