Used this product for about 2 months, I felt better after the first week. After 2 months I stopped because I ran out of the product and decided I would just go without to see if feeling better was all just in my head, since I am not one to take medicine. Felt fine for over a week, and then my symptoms slowly came back and I was reminded why I started taking these in the first place. Went back to the store today and stocked up- I won't let myself run out again!
