| mcgarvies's Full Review: Digisette DUO-64 (64 MB) MP3 Player |
The battery life is short (under two hours). You need to have an extra battery ($15) and swap them in the charger. If you are away from the charger and the battery dies - you’re out of luck. The DUO Manager (proprietary software to manage audio files) crashes almost every time I use it - even after I reinstalled it and downloaded it. The documentation stated I could use my Real Jukebox - Digisette is not one of the supported MP3 players. The most disappointing point - Digisette will not back the product!! I purchased the DUO-ARIA 14 months ago and it stopped working. It has a one year warranty - after that your out of luck. I called and asked how I could get it serviced and they told me they will not service any DUO product. Basically, you're on your own - it's a $170 disposable MP3 player after 365 days. GOOD LUCK!
