My 5 year old son asked Santa for this for Christmas. "Santa" paid $19.95 for 4 double sized tubs and another $12.90 for priority shipping so that it would arrive in time. Although it no longer goes under the RoseArt name, it seems to be the same garbage that other people gave negative reviews about. It does nothing that the TV or Idea Book shows it can do. It is stinky and has an awful consistency. It didn't hold together at all. You are supposed to thoroughly mix the floam to get it together. Unfortunately, the more you mash it together, the less it holds together. It crumbles into little pieces! It was a horrible disappointment for my child. It was the only thing he asked Santa for. Luckily, Santa had the forethought to bring other items!
As far as the company that supplies it: Floam.com, they have the worst customer service that I've experienced! After they overcharged me for shipping, the item was anticipated to arrive on 12/26 (after I paid extra for Christmas delivery). Emails to the company that requested when, where, and how the item was shipped went unanswered. Long distance phone calls to the company met with a recorded message letting me know that all lines were busy. I could not get through no matter how I tried. The double sized tubs were the size of a small, flat deli container.
This product is a complete rip-off. I've never been so angry about a product or with the company that makes/distributes it!
If anyone has another method of recourse that I could use to reach this company please let me know.
