Pros: Neutral look in any room, low to the ground for easy up and down
Cons: Lightweight enough for my 16 month old to push around the room with ease
The Bottom Line: I would absolutely recommend this bed to anyone. It is easy to assemble, make, and clean, easy to get in and out of, and super low to the ground.

****UPDATE #2****
My son has been sleeping in this bed for almost 2 years now.
The bed has held up perfectly, not a complaint to be found.
The plastic has not warped or split in any way and the five wooden slats that hold the mattress in place have not warped or cracked either.
The frame is still crisp white and shows no sign of wear or discoloration.
After reading through the original review I realized I probably should have mentioned some measurements, so here goes.
The frame measures 33" wide and 56" long. It is 19" off the ground at the top of the built in safety railing and 11" at the point were the railing stops. The railing runs only half the length of the bed.
It hold a standard crib mattress, size of mattress needed would be approx. 52" long by 27" wide.
My son has always been comfortable in this bed. He now weighs 36 pounds and is 39" tall and still fits in the bed just as well as he did 2 years ago. There is a fifty pound weight limit on this bed, but even with that I would say he still will be using this bed at least another year.
It has grown with him and moved from Elmo to Spiderman sheets and decor because the white frame matches anything.
He is comfortable and feels safe in the bed even after falling out many times.
Which I should mention is not any defect of the bed. My son moves constantly while he is sleeping, from laying head to foot and side to side and even occasionally with his legs hanging out of the bed. He moved the same even when he was in his crib.
The plastic has even handled the occasionally crayon decoration with no clean up problems at all.
I have read other reviews that mentioned that the grooves on the plastic were hard to clean. I would have to disagree with that. This past winter my son got a nasty stomach bug, I don't have to tell you how that story ends, right?! It only took me a couple of Clorox wipes to clean the plastic frame and grooves and there was no residue or lingering smell after cleaning.
Overall, I am very happy this is the bed I chose to purchase for him.
I'm pretty sure this will still be the bed for us next year and will update accordingly!

****UPDATE****
Hard to believe it has been a year since I first reviewed this bed!
I am happy to report that this bed is in great condition after the wear and tear of an active boy. No splitting of the plastic, the frame is not loose or wobbly at all, and there are no gaps between the mattress and the frame as I have heard from other reviews of the bed.
The bed shows no signs of even being used at all by my son. There are no scratches on the plastic and no dirt or crayon markings that did not wipe easily off the frame.
Even the wooden slats of the bed, which I was concerned about when I first reviewed the bed, are all in great shape. Which surprises me given the amount of time my son spends trying to jump on the bed. I have not had to replace any of the 5 slats and I don't think any will have to be replaced any time soon.
We have moved twice with this bed. Although you cannot take the frame apart (or at least I did not try to) it moved just fine. It actually is the perfect fit for the "grandma's attic" space of a U-Haul truck.
My son has fallen out of this bed more than a few times and never has he gotten hurt. Not even a bruise.
Overall, I am extremely happy that I purchased this bed. I think the only thing that will stop this bed being used is when my son either gets too tall to sleep comfortably in it or he reaches the 50 pound weight limit of the bed.

After months of searching and researching for a toddler bed for my 16 month old who had grown out of his crib months before, we finally decided on this one.
It was a snap, literally, to assemble it and a standard crib mattress fits perfectly into the frame.
One feature of this bed that I was drawn to is the crisp white color, perfect for any room or decor. It is also the only one I could find that was so close to the ground.
Since it is plastic it is super easy to clean and is also easy on the occasional head bumps in the middle of the night and from getting in and out of the bed.
So far my son is in love with is new bed. He can get in and out of it himself and we bought his favorite Bob the Builder sheets for it which just makes it even better.
My only negative comments would be that the guard rails cannot be moved once the bed is put together and even with the mattress in the frame it is still light enough for my son to push it around his room. It would have been nice to have rails that move to make it easier to make the bed. But even with them set in one place it is still easy enough to make and un-make the bed.
If you have little jumpers, you are probably going to want to check the wood slats under the mattress frequently as they are not the strongest. Easily fixed by buying more slats from the lumber store. After 3 months of my son jumping in and out of bed, the slats that came with it are still intact and working fine, but after a few more months as my son continues to grow I could see them needing replacement.
