kam61799's Full Review: Graco Doubletray Highchair
We bought this chair for our daughter when it became clear that mommies breat milk wasn't the only thing she was wanting to eat. From day one we have been very satisfied with this product and have not been able to stop singing its praises to all our friends.
To begin with the tray is large and easy to adjust and remove. This comes in handy when our little girl decides that she no longer want to eat her food but rather feels like creating a piece a abstract art with it. It is nice to be able to get the tray away from her before she can do any serious damage.
Another feature we love about this chair is the mini-tray that is non-removable. This tray is large enought to hold a coupld of pieces of cheese (or other finger food) but is small enough to let her feel open and free. Pluss there are little slots in this min-tray for toys to be attached. You can find different toys in most Toy/Babies-R-US and being able to change the toys around (keep her interest peaked) is great.
The chair also has an intersting desing that is pleasant to look at. The seat cover is plastic (good for clean up), but has a good feel that seems comfortable and dons't look to shoddy. Adjusting the chair is also painless, due to the triggers located at the back of the seat and this is one of the few chairs I have yet to see that actually folds up in to a decent sized package. Just the other week my wife took our daughter down to the beachhouse and she had no problems folding up the chair and fiting it in her car (note I said car, not SUV, not minivan, but car) and unfolding the chair once she got there.
This is a great product for anyone out there how has a baby ready to sit up and eat and will make a great gift for to any of your friends who find themselves facing the prospect of sitting the little one at the table with them.
