Carefully designed hi-end kick to other hi-end brand! After having problems with my Toshiba 1670cds I went to my dealer and asked for something more powerful and reliable. He suggested me Armada, Lifebook and then Omnibook 6000.
After some tests I bought HP and it's one of the most succesful buys I've ever made.
DESIGN: a very modern and somewhat classic design. Good quality materials, classic colour and very interesting layout of hi-end control devices:
CONTROL DEVICES: very sensitive touch pad (in my opinion, a lot better than in fujitsu lifebook), scroll button and four "mouse" buttons. It seems that everything is in it's place and the keyboard is almost as a normal desktop keyboard. It's fun to use touchpad, because it's really very fast and easy to use.
COMPATIBILITY: If you previously had a HP laptop, you should seriously consider upgradint to Omnibook 6000. As my dealer told me, Omnibook uses the same docking station as Omnibook 4150 and Omnibook 900!!!
WORKING TIME: my laptop hold ~2.5-3h (though the dealer said it should hold some 4h). But anyway - it's a long enough.
PRICE: I have a F2072W/K and it costed me 2500$. Quiet a normal price when you compare it to other brand names.
I can say for sure, if i'd buy a laptop now - it'd be Omnibook 6000!
