| dizzyduckie's Full Review: harman/kardon AVR 520 5.1 Channels Receiver |
This is the second harman kardon Receiver I have owned the first was the AVR 500 and figured it was time to update to the latest model, I read some great reviews here on the 520 and was comparing it to the 525, and in reality I dont plan on ever using the 7.1 surround maybe down the road I might regret but I decided I would go with the 520 and I could not be happier at this point. The face of a Harman Kardon is second to none if you like all the lights, I love that look but if you don't you may want to consider something else. I have read some reviews on how hard a
Harman Kardon is to set up I find them rather simple and I'm by far no expert in home audio systems so if I can do it im sure you can as well. I compared the prices online and found that J& R would match the cheapest I had found it which was at Etronics, being Etronics had a tone of negative reviews i chose JandR who I would do business with again in a heartbeat. Hope this review helps if your looking for this receiver good luck.
