Too bad the touchscreen is so bad, because this could be an awesome product. A light touch only works about 80% of the time. A heavy push with your thumb works best. The screen could also be brighter and you do loose the ability to feel the buttons like you can on a regular remote. I put important buttons in the corners. Easy to program multiple devices. Up/down volume and roll bar for channel up/down work great. Place and program buttons/icons on the touchscreen for other functions. You 1st setup devices and then activities that may use combinations of devices. For example, setup your TV, AVR, and cable box, then setup an activity, like "Watch TV", that specifies channel up/down on the cable box, volume on the AVR, and a macro button that turns all three on/off. The fact that you can save all of settings on your PC is fantastic. No more re-programming a remote that looses it's brain. And it does take some time to program this device.
