Pros: Simple, easy to use, no additional equipment to buy.
Cons: Basic.
The Bottom Line: As a former professional photographer, the 3500 is easy, economical (much so now) and produces good quality photos.

| ctanaka1's Full Review: Kodak EasyShare DX3500 Digital Camera |
This camera reminds me of the disposable cameras....point and shoot.
The quality, up to 8X10 is pretty sharp on the "good" setting (900x600), where you can take up to 50 images on internal memory. The quality only gets better when you set it on the "best" setting (1800x1200), although you only can take up to 12 images on the internal memory.
Of course, getting a flash card increases the memory capacity to store your images.
For my purposes of family shots, accident/injury investigation and identification, I've only used the internal memory and the results have been excellent.
The cord provided upon purchase doesn't require to get the docking station and the software provided is adequate.
After loading the program onto your computer, just plug the cord into the camera (after taking your pictures) and turn the camera on. The images load themselves onto your hard drive and you edit and print as you please from that point.
It's very light and thus far, durable.
