Let me start by saying if you are looking for a Hockey "Sim" look elsewhere. This is an all out battle with your buddies 4 player hockey brawl. The graphics are great and so is the action. It is from Midway that brought you the like of NFL Blitz and NBA Jam. Your players can catch on fire which makes them virtually unstoppable. There is also a great Replayability in this game because you are constantly trying to win more games so you can unlock more of the games features. There are extra stadiums, teams, players, etc.
The only complaint I have is the game doesn't make full use of the Xbox’s custom music feature. You are able to save your music to the Xbox's hard drive and listen to it during the game. Only problem is it is during the setup screen and not the actual game. Small gripe but it is more enjoyable to body check some one to an old school Rage against the Machine song, than just a commentator.
A great game and a must own for a Xbox toting sports fan.
